Greek Layer Dip
ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup prepared VE hummus
- 1/4 cup finely diced red pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced greek olives
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup prepared tzaziki
- 1/3 cup diced cucumber
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta
directions
Spread hummus in a glass serving dish. Top with tzaziki. Just before serving, top with the remaining ingredients. Serve with pita chips.
