    Se pela el nabo y se parte en pedazos. Se pone en un frasco con tapa y se le agrega la remolacha partida en pedazos, los dientes de ajo, y 1/4 taza de vinagre. Se cubre con agua y se le echa una cucharadita de sal por cada taza de agua.

    Se tapa el recipiente y se deja reposar por 3 o 4 dias.
