Italian Vegetable Soup
ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 5 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup carrots
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 16ounce can tomatoes
- 1 15 ounce tomato sauce
- 1 15 ounce can kidney beans (undrained)
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
directions
Brown beef over medium high heat, drain oil from beef, the add all the remaining ingredients except cabbage, corn, green beans and macaroni. Bring to a boil then lower heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender.
