Minnie's Old English Toffee Topping Cookies
ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- 3/4 English Toffee Topping
directions
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Sift together flour and salt. Mix into creamed mixture. Fold in coconut and English Toffee Topping. Shape into balls. Bake in a moderately slow oven 325° F 10 to 15 minutes.
