Add one cup sugar to beaten yolks. Add one cup flour to yolks after sifting. [Add ¼ cup water] Add egg whites which have been beaten with ¾ teaspoon cream of tartar. Add pinch of salt. Add flavoring. Bake in angel food pan at 350 F.
