ingredients
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 water
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 pinch salt
directions
Add one cup sugar to beaten yolks. Add one cup flour to yolks after sifting. [Add 1/4 cup water] Add egg whites which have been beaten with 3/4 teaspoon cream of tartar. Add pinch of salt. Add flavoring. Bake in angel food pan at 350 F.
