Fruit Nut Balls

ingredients

  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 2 Boxes Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 1 Pkg Coconut (14 oz.)
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 Small Jar maraschino cherries
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 squares paraffin wax
  • 3 packages semi-sweet chocolate chips

directions

    Melt butter.

  • 2

    Add powdered sugar, Eagle Brand milk, coconut, pecans, cherries, and vanilla.

    Mix well and roll into small balls.

  • 4

    Chill in refrigerator.

  • 5

    Melt wax and chocolate chips over double boiler.

  • 6

    Dip balls into chocolate.
