SPINACH DIP
ingredients
- 1-10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry 1 teaspoon salt
- Vi teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- V2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Vi teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco or to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- Vi cup mayonaise
- Vi cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
directions
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Serve with raw vegetables or bread cubes. Makes 2 cups.
