Cheeseless Pesto with Fresh Herbs
ingredients
- 1 cup pinenuts
- • 1/2 cup good quality olive oil
- • 4-5 cloves garlic
- • 3 tbsp miso
- • 2 tbsp lemon juice
- • 1 bunch fresh basil
- • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
- • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
directions
Process all ingredients together in a food processor until desired consistency is reached. Pesto should be slightly coarse but well mixed. You can also make this vegan pesto in a blender if you don’t have a food processor.
