Garlic Vinaigrette
Here is a salad dressing recipe from the Summer, 1983, edition of the Family Newsletter.
ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup safflower or sunflower oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 3 large cloves garlic, mashed
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp each salt, sugar, thyme
- Dash ground pepper
directions
Combine in jar. Shake well before using. Goes well with green salads, especially spinach salads.
