Italian Parsley Dressing

Here is a salad dressing recipe from the Summer, 1983, edition of the Family Newsletter.
ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 large cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp each basil, oregano
- 1/4 tsp each salt, thyme
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well. Good on green salads, or tomatoes and avocados.
