Minnie P. Blair's French Dressing

Here are salad dressing recipes from the Summer, 1983, edition of the Family Newsletter. Minnie P. Blair’s French Dressing was printed at the request of Janet Irons who had fond memories of eating Atlasta Ranch-grown sliced tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers marinated in French dressing.

  • 1 Catsup bottle (with a little catsup left in it)

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • ½ cup vinegar (any kind)

  • Combine in bottle and shake until sugar is dissolved.

  • Add:

  • ½ cup oil (any kind)

  • Shake. Add seasonings or garlic clove as desired, or use as is.
