Pasta Primavera
ingredients
- 8 oz. ziti pasta
- 12 spears asparagus cut in 2" pieces
- 16 oz. fresh salsa
- 4 oz. soft goat cheese
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 8 oz. cooked shrimp
directions
Cook pasta and add asparagus the last 5 minutes of boiling time. Drain. In skillet, heat salsa over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in goat cheese and sugar until mix is smooth. Fold in shrimp for 2 minutes. Pour over pasta and toss.
