- 9 inch pie shell
- 2 6-oz jars marinated artichoke hearts, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
