• 3 cups mashed yams (approx. 7 yams or 2 large cans)
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 stick butter
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 c brown sugar
• 1/4 stick butter
• 1/3 c flour
• 1 c walnuts finely chopped
