Potato, Bean, and Ham Soup

ingredients

  • 5-6 medium potatoes
  • 1 can cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 lb cubed ham
  • 3 cans chicken broth
  • 2 T corn starch
  • (I really like this better vegetarian. Use same amount vegetatian “chicken broth” and omit ham.)
