Potato, Bean, and Ham Soup
ingredients
- 5-6 medium potatoes
- 1 can cannellini beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 lb cubed ham
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 2 T corn starch
- (I really like this better vegetarian. Use same amount vegetatian “chicken broth” and omit ham.)
