Sour Cream Raisin Pie

  • 1 Unbaked Pie Crust
  • 1 Cup Raisins
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar

    °Preheat Oven 425

    In a saucepan place raisins and enough water to cover. Heat until raisins plump.

  • 3

    In a bowl combine sour cream, egg, cinnamon, cloves and sugar. Mix well add drained raisins. Place in pie shell Bake at 425° for 15 minutes the reduce heat to 350° for the remainder of the baking time.
