Tamara's Banana Nut Bread
ingredients
- 1 c. All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 c. ripe Bananas, mashed
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Stir together Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt. Set aside. In separate mixing bowl, mix together Bananas, Eggs and Vanilla. Let stand about 5 minutes. In large electric mixer bowl, beat together margarine, or butter and Sugar on medium speed, until thoroughly combined. Stir in Walnuts. Spread evenly in 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan coated with cooking spray and dusted with flour. Bake about 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack or paper towel. Serve warm or cold. Store in airtight container.
