Best-Ever Blueberry Muffins
ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 cup fresh or thawed blueberries, well drained
directions
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Combine egg, milk, and oil. Make a well in center of the dry ingredients. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over mix. Stir in 1 cup fresh or thawed, well drained frozen blueberries. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
