• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 5 tbsp. cornstarch
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 egg

Pie Filling

• 8 ounces good quality dark chocolate
• 1/4 stick butter,softened
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 graham cracker crust
• 1 pint whipped cream,sweetened
• Choclate shavings, as needed
