Swiss Corn Bake
ingredients
- 2 – 1 lb. cans of corn, drained
- 1 6 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
directions
Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and 3/4 cup of cheese. Please in 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Toss bread crumbs with butter and remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake 350° – 30 minutes.
