Salsa Verde
ingredients
- 1 1/2 Lbs Tomatillos
- 1/2 Cup Onion
- 1 Tbl Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 Jalapenos
- 6 Anaheim Peppers

Preheat oven to 400°
- 2
Oil Peppers and Tomatillos and place on baking sheet. Bake until skins bubble. Remove from oven and place in bowl covered with aluminum foil to sweat for 20 minutes. Remove skins and place in Food Processor with remainder of the ingredients. Process until desired consistency.
