Scalloped Ham and Potatoes
ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb shredded potatoes
- 1/2 lb diced ham
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

In a 3 qt casserole, layer 1/2 potatoes, 1/2 ham, 1/2 onion, 1/2 cheese.

Spead one can of soup.

Repeat once.

Pour cream over layers, tipping casserole.

Allow to soak

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Cook at 350 about 45 minutes.
