  • 1 package fingerling potatoes (about 12)
  • 1 package baby carrots
  • 3/4 package ranch dressing mix
  • 2 tbs olive oil.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Line baking sheet with non-stick foil.

    Place all ingredients into a large Ziploc bag and shake to coat.

    Roast vegetables, turning once until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
