The Best Ginger-Peach Bread Pudding
ingredients
- 1 loaf whole wheat challah bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup cream
- 5 T honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp lavender
- 2 white peaches
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 tsp butter
- ginger yogurt, frozen

. Cut bread into small cubes

2. Combine egg, cream and dry spices.

3. Pour over bread and let soak for 30 minutes.

4. In water bath, cook covered with foil at 350 degrees for approximately 30minutes.

5. Slice peaches and sauté in ginger, lavender, butter and 1 tsp honey.

6. Chop cashews to garnish.

7. Mix with vanilla frozen yogurt with crystallized ginger
