Chicken and Dumplings
ingredients
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 6 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1 Medium Onion Chopped
- 4 Stalks Celery Chopped
- Salt and Pepper
directions
Place chicken in large pot with Stock, onion, celery, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until chicken is done and falling off the bone. Remove chicken and let cool. Remove chicken from bone and return meat to stock. Make dumplings (Bisquick box or Pillsbury rolls).
