Breakfast Casserole
Definately a Brunch or Breakfast recipe
ingredients
- 24 oz. frozen shredded potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 2 cups cooked ham
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- Milk (2 soup cans full)
- Optional:
- Chopped onion
- Chopped Green Pepper
- Sliced Mushrooms
directions
Combine all ingredients except shredded cheese. Mix/Beat very well. Put into 3 qt. casserole and top with cheese. Bake @ 350F for 45-55 mins, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
