Cinnamon Toasted Pecans
ingredients
- 2 TBS butter, melted
- 2 TBS light corn syrup
- 2 TSP sugar
- 1/2 TSP ground cinnamon
- 1/4 TSP salt
- 4 C (1 lb) of pecan halves

Preheat oven to 250

Stir together first five ingredients

Add pecans, tossing to coat

Spread coated nuts in a single layer on a large jelly roll pan

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes

Let cool, then store in an airtight container

Will keep for ~2 weeks
