Rose Massony Spagetti
There is no pork in this pasta! Another photo outing in Roma-frascatti with Harvey 1979.
ingredients
- Spaghetti Gravy
- 5 large cans tomato sauce
- 3 cans tomato paste
- 1-1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbls onion powder
- 2Tbls oregano
- 2-3 Tbls parley
- Meatballs
- 5 lbs ground chuck
- 1 egg for each lb of meat
- 2 slices of bread for each lb (dampened)
- parsley, garlic, parmesan cheese (add these 3 ingredients until you can smell it)
- salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and cook over med low heat 5-6 hours. Serve with meatballs and angel hair pasta.

Meatballs

Mix together well. but don’t over mix. Form into small balls (tennis) and fry until brown. Add to spaghetti gravy about 2 hrs before serving to warm through. You should get about 40 to 50 meatballs out of this. It’s always better the next day.
