ingredients

  • Spaghetti Gravy
  • 5 large cans tomato sauce
  • 3 cans tomato paste
  • 1-1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbls onion powder
  • 2Tbls oregano
  • 2-3 Tbls parley
  • Meatballs
  • 5 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 egg for each lb of meat
  • 2 slices of bread for each lb (dampened)
  • parsley, garlic, parmesan cheese (add these 3 ingredients until you can smell it)
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Spaghetti Gravy

    Mix all together and cook over med low heat 5-6 hours. Serve with meatballs and angel hair pasta.

    Meatballs

    Mix together well. but don’t over mix. Form into small balls (tennis) and fry until brown. Add to spaghetti gravy about 2 hrs before serving to warm through. You should get about 40 to 50 meatballs out of this. It’s always better the next day.
