Chicken Crescent Pockets

This is a great recipe that’s very easy to prepare, and everyone loves them!

ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • • 1 package (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • • 1 cup cooked diced chicken
  • • 1 tablespoon milk
  • • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • • 1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • • 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese and butter. Add chicken, milk, salt, pepper and onion; mix well. Separate crescent roll dough into 4 rectangles. Put chicken mixture in center of each rectangle. Fold rectangle in half and seal all edges to make pocket. Brush each pocket with melted butter. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° on an ungreased cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes.
