Rochelle’s Cheese Cake

- 1 3/4 cups of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (one stick) butter, melted
- FILLING:
- 4 - (8oz) packages of cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 3 Tablespoon of flour
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of sour cream
- TOPPING:
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- Dash of vanilla
