Chicken Paprikash
Rose Biolek-Cmolik’s recipe
ingredients
- 1 2 1/2-3 pound Frying Chicken, cut up
- Salt, Black Pepper, to taste
- 5 Tbls sweet Hungarian Paprika
- 5 Tbls Shortening
- 1 cup finely chopped Onion
- 3 Tbls Tomato Puree
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1-2 cups Chicken Stock
- 1 medium Bell Pepper, cut into finger length slices (optional)
- 3/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
