Corn Custard Pudding
This can be baked or cooked on the stovetop
ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen corn
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1.5 cups milk
directions
whip eggs add milk and remaining ing. cook on stove top until thickened and bubbling. Or Bake at 325 for 30 to 45 min. until thickened and bubbling.
