Cookies- 1 3/4 cups sifted All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup soft Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups Ground Brazil Nuts
- (1/4 lb. = 1 Cup)
- 1/2 cup ground Brazil Nuts
- 3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
- 1/4 cup light Cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 squares unsweetened dark or white chocolate, melted
