Cookies
  • 1 3/4 cups sifted All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup soft Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups Ground Brazil Nuts
  • (1/4 lb. = 1 Cup)
Glaze
  • 1/2 cup ground Brazil Nuts
  • 3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 cup light Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 squares unsweetened dark or white chocolate, melted
