Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
A great aprés Halloween snack.
ingredients
- pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon white truffle infused olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic infused olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
directions

After carving your pumpkins, separate the seeds from the pulp and place in a medium bowl.

In small bowl, mix the the olive oil and seasonings.

Pour the mixture over the seeds and toss.

Spread the coated seeds out evenly on an un-greased baking sheet.

Bake until dried at 300°F.
