Chili rice
Easy and delicious
ingredients
- 1/2 LB of ground beef
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 chili seasoning packet
- 1 small can of tomato sauce
- 1 can of tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
directions

brown the beef with the diced onion. add seasoning packet. sautee for two minutes. add sauce, tomatoes, beans, rice, and water. stir to combine and bring to a boil. once boiling, cover and turn down heat to medium low.

Cook for 20 minutes. Add cheese and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
