Awesome Buttermilk Pie

ingredients
- 1 1/2c Sugar
- 1c Buttermilk
- 1/2c biscuit mix (Bisquick)
- 1/3c (5 1/3 tbsp) butter, melted
- 1tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch pie pan. Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend for 1 minute with a handheld electric mixer. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
