Horseradish Crusted Salmon
ingredients
- 4 fresh salmon fillets
- 1/2 c horseradish
- 2 T dijon mustard
- 1/2 t white pepper
- 1/4 sour cream
- 2 T mayo
- 1 c fresh course bread crumbs.
- Spray bottle with olive oil
directions

Heat oven to 350°F. Mix together horseradish, mustard, pepper, sour cream and mayo.

Salt and pepper salmon and spray lightly with oil. Spread each fillet with 1/4 of horseradish mixture. Spread crumbs evenly on top. Spray again with oil.

Roast in oven 6-10 minutes. Then but under boiler for 1-2 minutes. Lightly browned.
