Mexican Bean Chicken Chili
This is a hit with the guys.
ingredients
- 1 16oz can of black beans
- 1 16oz can of corn
- 1 8oz can of tomato paste
- 1 large box of Swanson’s beef broth
- 1 16oz jar of Pace hot salsa
- 1 tbsp of chili powder
- 2 chicken breast cubed (boneless/skinless)
- Salt and pepper

Mix beef broth, salsa and tomato sauce together in a stock pot

Add drained vegetables and chili powder.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to soup mixture once done. Let flavors marry.

For presentation add shredded cheese and tortilla chips on top of each bowl.
