White Fudge
ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 7 large marsh mellows, cut up
- 1 TB butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- optional: cherries, and nuts
directions
Cook combine first 4 ingredients and cook to 240 degrees. Add butter and vanilla. Let cool and then beat until it loses gloss. Add nuts or chopped cherries. Pour onto a buttered platter.
