6 Cheese Mac and Cheese
ingredients
- 2lbs elbow macaroni
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup cubed Velveeta Cheese
- 1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter melted
- 6 cups of half and half
- 4 cups of grated sharp yellow cheddar cheese
- 2 cups of grated extra sharp white cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup of grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 cup of grated Muenster Cheese
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper

Preheat your oven to 325 degrees

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until still slighty al dente. About 10 minutes. Drain and set aside to keep warm. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until frothy.

Combine the eggs, Velveeta, butter and 2 cups of the half and half in a large bowl. Add the warm macaroni, tossing until the chesse has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add the remaing half and half, 3 cups of the sharp yellow cheddar cheese, the remaing grated cheeses and salt and pepper, tossing until completely combined.

THIS MIXTURE WILL MAKE A LARGE AMOUNT. Pour in casserole or baking dishes It will take 2 of them. Bake for 30 minutes. Take out and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of grated sharp yellow cheese and bake until golden brown on top. About 30 more minutes.
