Chile & Cheese Roll Ups
ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1/2 C. chopped green onions
- 1 can chopped black olives
- 6 6 inch tortillas

Blend cheeses, chilies, onions and olives. Spread thinly onto each tortilla. Roll each tortilla like a jelly roll. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap or foil. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

To serve, slice each 1/2 inch rolls.
