Anita's Fried Chicken

Add equal amounts of butter and oil to frying pan with salt, pepper and garlic. Saute chicken in same. When browned, add chopped parsley and white wine. Simmer until done - don’t overcook. Saute mushrooms separately and add to chicken when done.
