Tuna & Artichoke Panini
ingredients
- 1 jar pitted kalamata olives
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1-12 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 loaf Ciabatta bread

In a food processor puree olives, oil & garlic.

In a bowl combine: mayonnaise with the olive mixture.

In a separate bowl combine: tuna, artichokes, black pepper & lemon juice.

Warm the bread up in the oven until crispy.

Slice open & cool.
- 6
Put mayonnaise spread on both sides of bread.

Fill bread with tuna mixture and cut into serving pieces.

Can also use individual Ciabatta rolls.
