Crock Pot Roast
this is great for cold winter nights
ingredients
- 1 beef rump roast, fat-trimmed
- 1 package McCormick Beef and Herb gravy packet
- 1 cup water
- optional onion, carrots, potatoes
directions

Place roast in crockpot on low heat. Sprinkle gravy packet over roast. Pour in water and add optional ingredients. Cook 8-10 hours.

To make gravy, remove roast and vegetables. Pour liquid into small frying pan and whisk flour in (approx. 1/2-3/4 cup) until thickened.
