• 1/4 cup marg. room temperature
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups pastry flour
• 1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 3/4 mashed banana
• 1/2 cup white chocolate, plus some for drizzling
