fish oreganata
ingredients
- filet of sole ,or flounder, lemon sole
- juice of 2 lemons
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 3/4 to 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- black pepper
- salt
directions

mix juice of 1 1/2 lemons, garlic, cumin, oregano, 3 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. pour onto bottom of pyrex, add fish turning over and over... top with corn flake crumbs drizzle rest of lemon and some olive oil .... sprinkle a little salt and oregano

bake uncovered 15 to 20 min at 350 degrees broil 3 to 5 minutes
