Curried Shrimp with Crispy Pea Pods
ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/4 lb snow peas
- 1 red bell pepper sliced in thin strips
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken bouillion
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp flour
- cooked rice

In a large skillet heat oil and cook chopped onion

Stir in curry powder, salt, bouillion, ginger and crushed red pepper. Cook 1 minute

Add shrimp, peas and bell pepper until peas are tender crisp

In a separate cup, mix 1/2 cup water and 1/4 tsp flour, add to shrimp

Cook until liquid boils and thickens.

Serve with rice
