Orange Milk Sherbet
From my mother, Frances Cederholm
ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
directions
Mix together sugar, salt, and juices and let stand 10 minutes. Add milk, stirring constantly. Pour into ice cube trays and place in freezer. Stir at 30-minute intervals. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
