BROCCOLI-BACON SALAD
ingredients
- 3 heads broccoli
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 pound bacon, fried and chopped into bits
- 1 cup white raisins
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar

Cut up broccoli into tiny flowerets (don’t use stems); toss with next four ingredients.

Mix together last 3 ingredients (I usually do this the night before and refrigerate overnight) Add to the broccoli mix about 2 hours before serving, refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
