Grilled Halibut Salad
ingredients
- Fish:
- 3 tablespoon paprika
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon oregano (chopped)
- 2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 cup grapefruit juice
- 4 halibut fillets
- Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon mint (chopped)
- salt & pepper
- Salad:
- Spinach or arugula
- 2 grapefruits (sliced)
- 2 large mangos (peeled, sliced thin)
- 1 avocado (sliced)

Fish:

Place first 6 ingredients in processor until smooth. Add juice and blend well. Season fish with salt & pepper. Rub mixture over each fillet. Refrig for 1 hour.

Preheat grill. Remove fish from marinade. Grill for 3 min on each side.

Whisk together all ingredients. Season with salt & pepper.
